1. Technical parameter and summary:

2. Adjustable method
2.1 after switching on power supply, firstly have a touch to observe that turnaround of electrical machinery must be shown as arrow and it is not possible to reverse.

2.4 It is more convenient to adjust the head of rotary cap of plastic cap, after adjusting according to above mentioned item 1 and 2, the same bottle is transported to automatic cap-dropping equipment to cover the cap by conveyor belt and enter sealing place to seal, before using the head of rotary cap of plastic cap, it is necessary to press cap in advance and adjust to the appropriate retractile scope, if it is too loose or tight, it is not possible to reach and ideal effect, in addition, the head of rotary cap of plastic cap is also applicable to retractile plastic cap.
3. Common trouble and method to eliminate
3.1 pressed patterns is too light sealing degree cannot reach and ideal demand, it is ok to appropriately adjust pressure of pressing spring, if it is too deep and it is ok contrarily.
3.2 Cap on the bottle is damaged; the reason is that material is too hard.
3.3 Mouth sealed is not beautiful and it is ok to appropriately adjust pressure and clearance of bottom knife

4. Maintenance
