The whole system is based on Schneider and developed with Internet of Things technology. It can use a computer/mobile phone to monitor or operate the machine online.

NO 4. Machine operation
1. In manual operation: the corresponding switch of each station must be manually turned on.
2. During automatic operation: When the on-screen changeover switch arrow points to automatic, press the run button to start.
NO 5. Machine workflow
1: Drop the cup station, open the on-screen switch, the machine is turned on, and the cup is automatically dropped.
2: The cup inspection station, when it is automatic, after detecting the cup inside the mold, shift to the other stations below to work.
3: Filling station, open the screen feeding, feeding, vibrating switch, in the automatic, there is a cup inside the mold, it will automatically fill.
4: The suction station, mainly dust removal, opens the suction switch, which automatically removes the dust along the cup.
5: The film suction station, open the on-screen suction switch, it will automatically put the diaphragm on the edge of the cup.
6: Heat sealing station, open the on-screen heating and heat sealing switch, which seals the film between the cup and the heat.
7: Exit the cup station and open the cup switch on the screen. It will automatically put the finished product at the exit for packaging.
8: Mold inspection station, if there is something in the mold, this station detects the stop to ensure the safety of the cup.
