This machine in juice processing line is comprised of rinsing, filling and capping system. Rinsing: grip the bottle neck, rotate filling plate, inverse bottle; internal rinsing and external spraying make bottles be cleaned completely. Filling: hot filling with holding bottle neck; the special backflow type of the filling valve can avoid leakage after filling and also control liquid level accurately. Capping:magnetic torque bottle holding type can minimize the cap damage rate and make the capping performance the best.
The machine in juice processing line owns the reasonable, stable and safe design. Under the condition that the bottle neck size is the same, only the output star wheel needs to be changed if bottles are different. It improves the efficiency a lot.

Part 1 Filling Machine
1. The water filling machine is automatic. It's of many advantages, such as compact structure, perfect control system and easy to be operated. Advanced PLC touch screen and PLC control system makes man-machine communication true.
2. Washing part in the bottle water machine is mainly composed of washing pump, bottle clamps, water distributor, up turn-plate, guide rail, protection cover, spraying device, defrosting tray, rinse water take and rinse water refluxing tank.
3. Filling part in the water filling machine is composed of filling barrel, filling valves (normal temperature and normal pressure filling), filling pump, bottle hanging device / bottle pedestals, elevating device, liquid indicator, pressure gauge, vacuum pump, etc.
4. Capping part in this water filling machine is mainly composed of capping heads, cap loader (separated), cap unscrambler, cap drop rail, pressure regular, cylinder and also we need an air compressor as the auxiliary external equipment.
Part 2 : Automatic Shrink Sleeve Labeling Machine
This machine adopts international advanced technology to cover the circle label on the PET bottle. And then, hot shrinking to fix on the position which bottle body designated.
